Colton D. White, D.C.

Board Certified Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Colton D. White

After a car accident, Dr. Colton D. White suffered from migraines and headaches and sought chiropractic care to alleviate the symptoms. With treatment he no longer had migraines and noted decreased pain and improved mobility.  Since then he has been an advocate for first seeking chiropractic and alternative medicine (when it comes to healthcare and because of his remarkable changes in his life and health) he chose to be a Doctor of Chiropractic and help others with it now.

He enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking and camping; music and dancing are a favorite pastime of his.  He is an outgoing and driven individual who likes to set goals and achieve them.

Dr. White attended University of Western States, an evidenced based chiropractic college, in Portland, Oregon where he got his bachelors in Human Biology. While at University of Western States he concurrently received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He performed an internship at the Oregon Health and Science University Hospital wherein he was able to see medical doctors, surgeons, dietitians, and chiropractors working side by side for the benefit of a patient.

Dr. White is a board certified chiropractic physician.  He has worked with a number of patients with physical therapy, diversified adjusting, and activator adjusting as well as the Chiropractic Bio-Physics (CBP) method.

He is dedicated to providing a high quality of care to patients using the most up-to-date methods and treatment options.

Felipe Messias, D.C.

Board Certified Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Felipe Messias

When Dr. Messias was only 18 years old he was told he would need surgery for his debilitating, chronic low back pain and just 10 years later he was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Both of those events lead him on a passionate search to discover a natural cure for both of those conditions. He has thus become a highly-specialized chiropractor and attained great knowledge in natural healing.

His love for athletics and optimizing musculoskeletal function has led him to specialize in Muscle Activation. With Muscle Action he helped countless patients from professional athletes like Real Salt Lake Players and professional body builders to post-stroke patients to return to optimal function. Even John Stockton bragged about feeling and functioning better playing in his early 40’s with his muscles activated then in his 30’s before having them activated.

Dr. Messias further specialized in pre-natal and pediatric chiropractic training for 2 years under Dr. Kristina Stitcher, the pioneer in Pre-Natal and Pediatric chiropractic care in the state of Utah. He believes the key to a healthier future is to have a healthy birth and childhood. He has seen consistent results with helping pregnant moms with the discomforts of low back pain and sciatica. Moms who are adjusted during pregnancy see an average decrease of at least 30% less birthing time and pain. He has also helped many infants with difficulty breast feeding, sleeping, colic, constipation, and torticollis.

Dr. Messias enjoys hiking, dancing, and traveling with his wonderful wife and spending quality time with his family.

My neck at times when I would get up out of bed I was not able to move from side to side and it was quite painful. All this was caused by an automobile accident. Now I don’t have any pain. I’m able to move, play, and do all the things that I want to with good results. Thanks doctor.
